As a Florida Notary Public since 2006 with Gold Tier Remote Online Notarization (RON) status and over 3,000 online notarizations completed, I bring nearly two decades of diverse professional experience to every document I handle.

My journey began as a native of Queens, NY, and has taken me through various industries that have uniquely prepared me for notary services. Before establishing my notary practice, I owned and operated a Goin’ Postal shipping franchise in Florida and a Subway franchise in NYC, giving me firsthand small business experience with countless document types.

With a strong background in real estate, solar installations, site development, complex permitting and documentation, and property acquisition consulting, my "jack of all trades" experience means I am familiar with the nuances of documents across virtually all sectors. I understand not just how to notarize documents, but why they matter in different contexts – from building permit applications to loan signings to divorce filings.
